Parent Workshop - Social Media and Technology Use for Adolescents

Please join us as Kathy Kelly and Kendall Hoekstra present a workshop on technology and social media use for teens. Many parents have come to ask us how to deal with their teen's use of technology and/or social media so we wanted to help provide some logistical information as well as current accepted guidelines on their use. Ms. Kelly will present the current research from the American Academy of Pediatrics on the effect technology and social media is having on teens. Ms. Hoekstra will present the logistics of the current popular social media tools and how to help your child stay safe when using these tools. There will be time for questions and answers.
