Athletic Booster Club

The MPH Athletic Booster Club (ABC), a unique athletic support organization, is dedicated to service of the entire MPH community. Enhancing the experience of MPH athletics for participants, non-participants, younger students, parents, alumni, friends, and all other members of the MPH community is the core mission of the ABC. All students benefit from the ABC through campus-wide programs as well as specific sports initiatives. Just a few of the current programs are listed below.

Participation Recognition - "Show the World"

Student-athletes receive unique "MPH Athletics" t-shirts for each varsity season of each sport to proudly wear and recognize their participation.

Concessions - "MPH Wiener Wagon"

Each year's Senior Class is established in the concession business to provide snacks at athletic events and initiate fundraising for their class.

MPH Weight Room - Orso Body Shop

This outstanding facility, including weight training and exercise equipment, is available for use by students in sport-specific training, general exercise, and physical education classes.

Lower Grades Sports Introductions - "Have Some Fun"

Students and families in the lower grades are introduced to and "coached" in specific MPH sports by coaches, athletes, former athletes, and parents. This is an outstanding opportunity for young students and their parents to learn and play!

Training Equipment and Clinics - "Build the Programs"

Specific training equipment and clinics requested by coaches are provided to assist the athletic department in building individual sports programs and MPH athletics in general for current and future seasons.

Future Programs - Your Ideas

In addition to these established successful programs and initiatives, the Athletic Booster Club is constantly looking to expand its benefit to the MPH community. Your thoughts are encouraged. Please email them to Susan Gullo.

Thanks to the efforts of its members, the MPH Athletic Booster Club has grown in just five years to what has been described as the "best athletic support organization in Central New York." Continued success depends on continued participation and support of MPH families, friends, and the general community.
